Is Pro per user or per team?
Per user. Each user on your Pro account gets their own 5 deal credits per month. The same core product is available on all paid plans; Deal Rooms Enterprise scales per room with unlimited users.
What happens if I exceed my monthly deal limit on Pro?
You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to Deal Rooms Enterprise for unlimited deals, or contact us about adding deal capacity as an add-on.
How long is the trial and what happens after?
The Pursuit trial is 14 days, no credit card required. You start with 5 deal credits and a workspace seeded with a demo deal. When the trial ends, you can convert to Pursuit Pro ($49/mo, monthly) or Deal Rooms Enterprise (annual, quoted per room) — your data and deals come with you.

What does "bespoke build to suit" mean for Deal Rooms Enterprise?
We build the deal room to your firm's specifications: custom templates, integration with your ERP or CRM, bespoke workflows, advanced RBAC, and dedicated onboarding. Not a self-serve trial. A real build to your needs.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade Pro → Deal Rooms Enterprise at any time (we pro-rate the difference). Cancel Pro from the customer portal at any time — your data stays exportable.
Can I add AI Training or Custom Agents to my subscription?
Yes. Both are available separately from the Trial, Pro, and Deal Rooms Enterprise tiers. The AI Training Workshop is a one-time engagement at your office. Custom AI Agents are priced per agent per month and work alongside your subscription.
What about data security?
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Each firm isolated in its own database partition. Documents never used to train public AI models. See our Security page for the six guardrails.
